With or without sponsors, the legendary boxer Diagoras would probably have had the same performances at the Olympics. These days, the participation in the Olympic Games without sponsors, would make an athlete the laughing stock of everybody.
In order to acknowledge the importance of sponsors, the Romanian Olympic Committee decided to take a step forward and thank all of his sponsors. In doing so, the things started to run somehow backwards because instead of odes and applause, we preferred to simply imagine what would our Olympians do without sponsors.
Therefore, one day at Snagov marina, helped by the weather, by coach Robu and ten junior athletes, we started shooting the "Rowing" commercial whose undeniable stars were the "Universal"(a one person boat) and Moflea, its daring steersman rowed valiantly also on behalf of his colleague whose paddles were purely decorative.
"We are the champions" yelled the boys from the "Universal" whose speed matched perfectly the velocity of a very frightened snail.
Therefore all this work, supervised by our co
lleague Bogdan Mirica playing this time the director's part, to transmit the proposed message: nothing is possible without sponsors, not even attending the Olympics today. So, thank you, gentlemen!
